What I help with
About me
My approach is simple: be honest, be real, and create a space where you can relax enough to explore what’s going on for you. I have experience of working in a low-cost counselling agency and in a prestigious residential rehab, which means I've worked with men from all walks of life. This has shown me that no two men are the same, and so I tailor my approach to meet you exactly where you are. I bring my true self into the therapy room—straightforward, warm, and often with a touch of humour. I also believe counselling is about more than problem solving. It's about unlocking your true potential.
My approach with men
I offer men a space to drop the exhausting ‘alpha male’ mask, or to find their voice if they’ve never felt allowed to have one. Whether you’re dealing with shame, anger, abuse, identity, sex, or fatherhood—nothing is off-limits. I’ve facilitated men’s groups and supported men from all walks of life, including queer men and male survivors of sexual abuse. I believe in creating a space where you can question, feel, and heal. Without judgment, without pressure. Just you, as you are, finally being heard. My approach is psychoeducational, authentic, and with high challenge and high support.
How we get started
I offer a free 20-minute consultation call so you can see whether you feel we're a good fit. Once you’ve decided you’d like to work with me, we’ll book in a slot that suits you and go from there. I work short-term or long-term, depending on your preference.
