What I help with
About me
I’m a BACP-registered counsellor and psychotherapist working with adults and couples, with particular experience in ADHD, neurodiversity, relationships, anxiety and self-esteem. I trained psychodynamically, but work in a warm, conversational and straightforward way. Diagnosed with ADHD myself at 40, I also bring lived experience of neurodivergence. My aim is to offer therapy that feels human, thoughtful and practical, helping people understand themselves and make lasting changes.
My approach with men
I work with men in a warm, direct and conversational way. I’m interested in what sits beneath anger, anxiety, shame, relationship difficulties or feeling stuck, and in helping men better understand themselves without judgement or jargon. Therapy can be a space to explore patterns, make sense of difficult experiences and find healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
How we get started
We’ll start with an initial consultation to talk about what brings you to therapy and what you’d like from it. Together, we’ll agree some aims and themes to focus on, while leaving room for the work to develop naturally as we get to know each other.
