What I help with

About me

I've been involved in men's work for over a decade, which is why I run a therapy practice tailored specifically for men. I know that traditional therapy models aren't very appealing for a lot of men, so I do things a little differently. I help men who feel stuck, ashamed, emotionally flat or like they’re drifting further away from themselves. Whether it’s something long-standing or more recent – addiction, anger, burnout, relationships, identity, loneliness, porn use or grief – we'll work together to understand what’s really going on. For more information about me, check my website.

My approach with men

I specialise in working with men attending therapy for the first time or those struggling to open up. That means you don’t have to explain yourself perfectly and I won’t be the ‘blank canvas’ therapist you might expect. I'll be actively guiding you, encouraging you and challenging you. We’ll talk about where you’re at, how you got here and what you’re holding on to; whether it’s guilt, pain, fear or pressure to be a certain way. My role is to help you connect the dots between your past and your present. To create space for a version of you that feels more whole, grounded and real.

How we get started

I offer a free 15-minute introductory call. If you’re unsure or have never done therapy before, this is a chance to get a feel for it – no pressure, no commitment. I work in pre-paid blocks of four sessions, and on a sliding scale between £95-£125 depending on what you can afford.
