What I help with

About me

I’m an experienced psychotherapist with over 20 years in practice and specialist training in CBT. I work with high-achieving midlife professionals who, despite outward success, struggle with work stress, anxiety, impostor syndrome and ADHD. My approach is practical, collaborative, and compassionate, helping clients manage stress, build confidence, and create a more balanced and fulfilling life.

My approach with men

I often work with men who feel they need to keep everything together on the outside while privately struggling inside. Many have been hesitant to seek help, feeling they "should cope" alone. My approach is straightforward, practical, and supportive, offering clear strategies and a safe, non-judgmental environment to talk openly. Men often tell me they value my direct yet compassionate style, which helps them manage stress, build confidence, improve relationships, and feel more like themselves again.

How we get started

You can book an initial consultation, where we’ll discuss your concerns, what you’d like to achieve through therapy, and whether I’m the right fit for you. From there, we can agree on the best next steps together.
