What I help with
About me
I’m a male psychotherapist with a background in theatre and performance. I work with men who feel stuck, restless or worn down from keeping it together. Maybe you seem fine but feel flat, angry or cut off inside. You don’t need to have the right words; we start where you are. I offer a steady, radically non-judgemental space to get honest, reconnect with what’s alive in you, and find a way of living that feels more grounded and real.
My approach with men
My approach is straightforward and grounded in real conversation. I aim to provide space to consider what’s actually happening in your life and how you respond to it. I listen for what matters to you, including the parts that want, reach or hold back. The work can touch on anger, shame or desire, the places that shape how you relate to yourself and others. It’s not about judgement or pressure, but about being honest, understanding yourself, and recognising the choices that are truly yours.
How we get started
We begin with a steady, honest conversation at no cost to explore what brings you and what you hope for. There’s no pressure to commit; it’s a chance to ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and agree a way of working together that feels right for you.
