What I help with

About me

I am a Psychotherapist and Business Coach, working with clients over Zoom, throughout the UK and beyond. I focus on chronic mental health including addiction, trauma and complex trauma. I also help clients navigate the ‘meaning crisis’, the ‘meta crisis’ and global instability. I am trained in four psychotherapeutic approaches, and tailor treatment to each client’s needs and goals. Person‑centred therapy: Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy (CBT): Creative Hypnotherapy: EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing): I also partner with Flow Neuroscience to offer clinician‑led tDCS.

My approach with men

As I draw from a wide range of training and experience, I tailor my approach to the needs of each individual client. This doesn’t make me perfect, or fallible, but it does mean I have the flexibility to work across different presenting issues with a range of techniques or approaches. This is ideal for clients with complex needs working over longer time frames. For most of my career I have focussed on working with men of all ages and understand that most men are looking for practical help to overcome their difficulties without turning them into women.

How we get started

After your initial contact, I offer a free 30 minute Zoom call to discuss your needs and how I might be able to help. Depending on your circumstances I may ask you to complete some assessment measures before the session.
