What I help with

About me

I am a married gay man based in Liverpool. I’m a person-centred counsellor also qualified to provide Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and EMDR. I work with people from a variety of backgrounds, ages, identities and cultures that are both similar and different than my own. I'm committed to continue developing my skills and knowledge - in recent years this has included training in Trauma Therapy, Suicide, Grief, Loss and Bereavement, Long Term Conditions and Neurodiversity Affirming Therapy.

My approach with men

I aim to provide an environment for personal growth, healing and empowerment, offering you respect and safety to explore and address on even the most difficult issues. Whether you want to talk to someone just once or need support over a number of sessions, I can work with you to improve your well-being and find ways to enjoy a more fulfilling life.

How we get started

Before we work together we will arrange a free short 20-30 minute appointment online or by phone where we will talk about what has brought you to counselling and some of your goals and how we might work together.
