What I help with
About me
I am a BACP-registered Black African male therapist based in Ealing, West London, offering in-person and online sessions. Much of my work is with men navigating pressures across their personal and professional lives, including relationships, family, work, loss, identity and change. Before training as a therapist, I spent more than 25 years in business and leadership roles across Africa and Europe, which has given me an appreciation of the pressures that can come with responsibility at work, at home, and in wider life. Sessions are 50 minutes.
My approach with men
Many men have carried things on their own for a long time before talking to someone. I offer a private space where you can speak freely, be heard and think things through without judgement. We start with what is happening for you and work at your pace, exploring how it affects your life, relationships, and choices. Where race, culture or identity matter, there is room for that too. My approach is integrative, grounded in person-centred therapy and informed by ACT and existential therapy.
How we get started
Send me a short message through this profile. I will reply, and we can arrange a free 15-minute video call. It is a conversation, not an assessment, and gives you a chance to ask questions and see whether working together feels right. If it does, we can agree on a regular time in Ealing or online.
