What I help with

About me

Hi, I’m Elisha, a London born, Masters-trained psychotherapist. I have a deep love and respect for diversity. My practice welcomes any background, identity, and orientation. I will provide a space where you are welcomed exactly as you are. I specialise in an integrated, neuroscience-informed approach. My core models are Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Systemic Psychotherapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. However, more important than my "jargony" therapeutic models, I bring something relational and human: we will relate, we may laugh, and we may even cry.... if men do such a thing!

My approach with men

I recognise that we may find therapy a daunting unknown. There are so many mixed messages about what men are supposed to be but then paradoxically, men can also be tarred with the same brush. However, the intersectionality of every man (race, class, sexuality, identity) varies widely. I take all this into consideration, working without judgment. My integrated approach helps you to explore root causes within the context of their systems such as home, family, work, society etc... I create a safe space where everything can be voiced and worked through.

How we get started

If you like the sound of me then get in tough. We start with a complimentary initial consultation: a free 15-minute phone or Zoom call for individuals where you can get to know me and decide whether I am the right therapist for you.
