What I help with

About me

Sometimes we face difficulties in life, and we need someone to talk to - someone who can help us navigate complex emotions and provide a different perspective during challenging times. Whether you are struggling with navigating changes in your relationships, pressures from work or school, or simply feeling a sense of uncertainty about the future, you do not have to carry that weight alone. I have more than a decade of combined experience supporting individuals and groups through youth work, mentoring, teaching and therapy.

My approach with men

I view therapy quite simply: it’s about creating a safe, non-judgmental, and open space. Together, we’ll reflect on where you are and explore the ideas, stories, or beliefs you might be holding onto. Sometimes, that means gently challenging the old rules and patterns you’ve been living by - especially the ones that no longer help you build the life you actually want. I have a warm and curious approach, ultimately seeing therapy as a collaboration between the therapist and client, where together we will help you navigate, understand and move forward.

How we get started

If you’d like to explore working together, the first step is for us to have a short phone call where you can ask questions and get a sense of what it might be like to work together.
