What I help with
About me
I’m a HCPC registered Occupational Therapist (OT), specialising in Acceptance, Commitment Therapy Interventions (ACT). I used to work as a Mental Health Occupational Therapist for the NHS, but due to the growing need for mental health services, I have set up my own private practice. I specialise in combining Occupational Therapy with skills in ACT and Polyvagal approaches. Occupational therapy is about supporting people to engage more fully in the meaningful activities or “occupations” that shape their lives, whether that’s work, relationships, creativity, or personal growth.
My approach with men
I specialise in self-esteem and identity work, helping men strengthen the internal relationship they have with themselves, knowing that this becomes the foundation for everything else: how they show up in their work, how they lead, and how deeply they connect in their intimate relationships. When you shift how you relate to yourself, the way you experience life transforms—more confidence, more purpose, and more depth in the moments that matter most.
How we get started
I start my sessions off with a free consultation call for a chat. No pressure, no expectations. Just an honest conversation about the man you’d like to be. I'll introduce you to some of the tools I use and use a polyvagal model to assess the current baseline state of your nervous system.
