What I help with
About me
I'm a BACP-registered therapist based in East London, working with men and LGBTQ+ clients online and in person. Alongside professional training and experience, I bring lived experience of addiction & recovery, queer identity, and neurodiversity (ASD). Before private practice, I worked in addiction treatment services, including a 12-step rehab and substance misuse teams within London prisons. My work is informed by both professional knowledge and a deep understanding of what it means to struggle, heal, and change.
My approach with men
Many of the men I work with struggle with shame, addiction, anxiety, low self-worth, loneliness, relationship difficulties, or feeling disconnected from themselves and others. My approach is warm, relational, and non-judgemental. Together, we explore the patterns, coping strategies, and life experiences that may be keeping you stuck. I work with gay, bi, queer and straight men, including trans men, helping clients develop greater self-understanding, healthier relationships, and a stronger sense of self-worth and authenticity.
How we get started
Starting therapy can feel daunting. Our first sessions are a chance to explore what has brought you here and whether we feel like a good fit. There’s no pressure to tell me everything at once. We’ll move at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you.
