What I help with
About me
Counselling doesn’t have to be due to trauma, a major disaster or tragedy…Sometimes you just need to know somebody cares. Whatever it may be, if it creates feelings of dissatisfaction, disillusionment or pain, You may hear yourself saying ‘Help’. Help is the beginning of not giving up, a place where sometimes if we are honest, we all find ourselves. Asking for help permits someone to help you to reveal your own solutions. Because only you knows what is right for you. I believe that the client always knows what is best for themselves.
