About me

**NEW Men's Therapy Group starting SEPT 2026 in Leyton. 12 weeks - Closed group - £35 per session Space limited. Head to my website for more info and to get in touch expressing your interest. ** Welcome. I’m Tom, a therapist dedicated to providing culturally sensitive, intersectional therapy. I believe that the many identities we hold—and the frictions between them—shape how we move through the world. I work through a Relational Transactional Analysis lens. This means we look at how you connect with yourself and others, especially within a culture where men's vulnerability isn't welcome.

My approach with men

I focus on helping men identify the messaging and beliefs about themselves, break cycles of silent suffering, emotional isolation, and the legacy of relational trauma and patriarchy. I work to guide the men i work with towards authentic connection, self-compassion, and healthier relationships. Together, we explore vulnerability, reconnection, and strength—not just as a individual but within a wider relational context. My goal is to foster courage, intimacy, and lasting change, empowering men to step fully into their authenticity and relationships.

How we get started

I offer short and long-term and group therapy designed to meet you wherever you are on your journey. I offer a free 15-minute phone assessment to discuss your needs and see if we are a good fit.
