What I help with
About me
At the heart of my work is a simple but profound belief: even in the midst of pain, people retain the capacity to find meaning, connection, and renewal. As an existential psychotherapist, I work with men who are navigating trauma, loss, and the deep questions that often arise in the aftermath of suffering — Who am I now? What does it mean to live fully, after everything that’s happened? I don’t see therapy as a process of “fixing” people but as a space to encounter one another honestly — two human beings making sense of what it means to live, to love, and to endure.
My approach with men
Working with men brings a particular richness to this process. Many men are taught from a young age to suppress vulnerability, to be stoic, to carry on without showing cracks. But beneath that armour, there is often a deep longing to be seen, understood, and accepted. Therapy offers a rare space where that can happen — where it’s safe to drop the performance of strength and explore what’s really there. Paradoxically, it’s often through allowing weakness that genuine strength begins to emerge.
How we get started
Starting therapy begins with a simple conversation. We meet, explore what brings you here, and see if the space feels right. There’s no pressure — just a chance to begin, at your pace, toward understanding, healing, and a more authentic life.
