What I help with
About me
Hi, my name is Justin, or ‘Stones’ as I was known when I was in the fire service. After 29 years as a firefighter, that also included a role debriefing crews who had been to traumatic incidents, I saw how many men suffered by carrying their pain in silence. Privately, the story was showing up as: Poor sleep, anxiety in the background, a shorter fuse at home, emotional shutdown, or simply the growing sense that you are carrying more than you can keep holding on your own.
My approach with men
My approach is grounded, plain-speaking, and human. I try to offer a calm, private space that feels more like an honest conversation than something formal or clinical. Somewhere men can speak plainly, without feeling judged, and begin to make sense of what is going on. I do not see most men as broken. Often, they have adapted to pressure for a long time in ways that once helped them survive, but are now starting to come at a cost. That is why I believe men do not need more pressure. They need the right conditions. Best wishes Justin…or ‘Stones’ if you prefer.
