What I help with

About me

I’m an integrative psychotherapist with a person-centred approach. My own experiences and challenges with my mental health eventually led me to retrain so I could support others—especially men—on their own journey toward healing and self-understanding. Living with chronic pain has also shaped how I work, allowing me to offer compassionate, practical support and coaching for those learning to live well alongside their own chronic pain journey.

My approach with men

Having faced my own challenges, I understand how hard it can be to open up. I offer men a space to pause and be honest without judgement talking about they often have felt they couldn’t share elsewhere. Many of the men I work with feel pressure to “hold it all together,” so we focus on unpacking that, building emotional awareness, and finding balance. My approach is both compassionate and practical, focusing on what feels meaningful and relevant to each individual. It’s about redefining strength and creating space to feel more connected, grounded, and yourself again.

How we get started

I normally start by booking either an initial 30 minute consultation session or booking a full initial session for us to explore working together and decide if we are a good fit. I believe in flexibility and schedule sessions in a way that will work for you as an individual and to meet your needs.
