What I help with
About me
I spent 25 years in the creative sector leading teams and agencies before personal loss in 2011 reignited my passion for psychology. I retrained at Regent’s University, founding The Unsaid Space in 2017 and qualifying with the BACP and have worked with individuals and groups ever since. My integrative approach blends analytical, somatic, existential, and creative methods. Based in Sussex with my partner and two daughters, I balance work with nature, learning, exercise, and close relationships.
My approach with men
I specialise in supporting men to step out of the “boy-code” trap — the expectation to seem strong, unflinching and emotion-free that many men absorb early on. Using an integrative approach I help men: - feel safe to express vulnerability and grieve unacknowledged losses - reconnect with their bodies and emotions via somatic, creative and breath-based work - recognise shame, anger or isolation as signs not of failure, but unmet need - slowly build a lived model of healthy masculinity grounded in authenticity, connection and emotional depth.
