I’m a male‑centred counsellor who offers men a space to speak openly, feel understood, and let go of the pressure to hold everything together. Through Empowered to Be…, I work with honesty, warmth, and practical tools. My approach is down‑to‑earth and free of jargon. You don’t need the right words, just a willingness to show up as you are.

My practice, Empowered to Be…, grew from years of listening to men who felt they had nowhere to take their real feelings. Many were coping on the surface while struggling underneath. I wanted to offer something different: a space for honest conversation, gentle challenge, and being truly heard. My style is down‑to‑earth and practical and without judgement. We sit together, make sense of what’s happening, and work out what you want/need to change.

I offer a free 15‑minute consultation so you can get a feel for how I work and ask any questions. If it feels right for you, we can arrange our first session together
