What I help with
About me
I offer a calm space where you can speak without judgement openly and be met as you are. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear goal to begin. My work is grounded in a humanistic, relational approach, where we explore what feels important to you at your own pace. I work with grief, anxiety, low self-esteem, and feeling stuck. I aim to help you make sense of your experiences, without pressure or expectation, and to support you in understanding yourself more fully.
My approach with men
My approach is collaborative, with you in the driving seat. I focus on building a genuine therapeutic relationship, where you feel safe enough to explore what’s going on for you. I won’t tell you what to do or try to fix you, but I will work alongside you to understand patterns, thoughts, and emotions. At times, I may gently challenge where it feels helpful. We can also use creative or reflective approaches if this suits you, though talking is always enough.
How we get started
We begin with an initial session where you can share what’s brought you here, at your own pace. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. It’s a chance for you to see how it feels to work together and decide if it’s right for you.
