What I help with
About me
I’m an experienced, BACP registered counsellor who’s also just a real person - no judging, just offering a listening ear and support. I’ve navigated my own mental health challenges and found the confidence and knowledge to make changes. I’m warm, intuitive and welcome humour, but I’ll match your pace. I specialise in addiction, neurodivergence (ADHD/Autism) and trauma. Together we’ll find your path forward. Sound like the kind of space you’d appreciate? Let’s talk.
My approach with men
I offer a direct, no‑frills space to unpack what’s weighing on you - stress, addiction, overthinking, disconnection or trauma. I’m open, honest and non‑judgemental, and I believe being human means sometimes swearing or using humour if it helps. Counselling gives you time and space to get to know what you’re feeling, make sense of it and find practical shifts - your answers, your pace. I’m here to support clarity, change and confidence.
How we get started
I offer an initial free 30min phone or video call to find out more about you, your challenges and to help you work out if I'm the right therapist for you.
