What I help with

About me

Feeling anxious, low, or weighed down by the past? Maybe you feel stuck, trapped in your own head, or tired of putting on a brave face. I’m Reece, founder of Third Path Therapy and a person-centred counsellor offering online and telephone counselling for adults across the UK. I offer a calm, non-judgemental space where you don’t have to pretend, explain yourself perfectly, or have everything figured out. I work in a way that is collaborative and led by you, meaning you are free to bring things at your own pace, and in a way that feels right for you.

My approach with men

I work with men who may be used to carrying things alone or feel pressure to keep going, even when things are difficult. For many men, starting therapy can feel unfamiliar, especially if you’re not used to talking about things or putting them into words. We can start slowly, with whatever feels most manageable or relevant. Together we can begin to understand what's been holding you back and find different ways of relating to your experiences, so things feel less overwhelming, and daily life feels easier to navigate. Please note: Third Path Therapy is not a crisis or emergency service.

How we get started

You’re welcome to email me to arrange a free 30-minute consultation online or by phone. This is a gentle starting point where we can talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, explore what you’re hoping for, and see whether working together feels like the right fit. There’s no pressure to commit.
