Hi, I’m John, Therapist and Coach, working online. I have over 20 years’ experience working in therapy and social care, supporting people with challenges such as trauma, anxiety, addiction, depression, relationship difficulties, and work-related stress. My past experience includes: - Working frontline in social care (Homelessness, Mental Health, Abuse/Trauma, and Criminal Justice involvement) - I managed Drug and Alcohol Rehab services - I've been a Senior Leader in a national charity Outside of my professional life, I’m a keen freediver and have a love of the Ocean.

My experience is that some men want further personal insight yet feel that traditional talking therapy is not always for them. I therefore offer a one-to-one programme for people who want to understand themselves more deeply, but aren’t necessarily looking for ongoing therapy. The structured programme combines useful information with personal exploration. Over 12 weeks, we meet for six 90-minute sessions, spaced every two weeks. The structure gives you time between sessions to reflect, notice patterns, and integrate what emerges. For those who want ongoing Therapy I also offer this.
