What I help with
About me
As an Integrative Counsellor, I provide a service that combines several therapeutic practices, all aimed towards helping you feel whole again. In recent years, my work has focused strongly on addiction, trauma and issues around sex and sexuality. I also have a particular focus on identity, self-worth and boundaries. We are what we think, and what we think governs how we feel - our beliefs shape our reality. My role is to help you process and integrate whatever it is you are struggling with, supporting you on your journey to improved mental and emotional wellbeing.
My approach with men
I work with men in the following ways: one-to-one counselling, group work, coaching workshops, and retreats, having worked with close to 3,000 men over the past five years. I appreciate how challenging life can get and have first-hand experience of navigating my way out of anxiety, impostor syndrome, low self-worth and finding purpose. There are so many expectations and pressures around what it means to be a man. I support men in bridging the gap between WHO THEY THINK THEY SHOULD BE and WHO THEY TRULY ARE.
How we get started
I offer a FREE consultation call to explore what you are looking for support with and to explain how I work. If you wish to proceed, we can then book you in for your first session. I work with clients for a minimum of 10 sessions, culminating in a review where you can decide next steps.
