What I help with

About me

I work with a wide range of emotional, existential and mental health issues. I have several years' experience of working in the NHS with men of all ages from many different backgrounds and including crisis work. As well as private practice, I continue to work work part-time in the NHS in the north-east London area. I also have an MA in Psychology of Religion and welcome clients of all faiths and none. I offer once weekly sessions and offer short or long-term therapy. I work face-to-face and on-line.

My approach with men

I can work with you to make sense of difficult feelings or problems. You might recognise you're driven to repeat patterns in relationships or at work. You might have had a sense that something isn’t quite right, a voice inside stopping you from living a happy or fulfilling life. Our thoughts and feelings in the present - how we experience ourselves and others - are affected by what went before, sometimes stemming from childhood. Our reactions to friends and family, along with our own internal thoughts and emotions, are often strongly based on how people close to us responded to us in the past

How we get started

I can offer a free 15 minute consultation by video call. I can then offer you two 50 minute consultations, one week apart. If we both feel we could work further together we can continue to work weekly or I can refer you to another therapist or service if we agree that might be more helpful.
