What I help with
About me
I work with adults and late adolescents (18+) who feel stuck in cycles of addiction or overwhelmed by anxiety and depression. Whether you are struggling to manage daily life or questioning who you are and where you fit in, I provide a space to explore these identity-based challenges. I have a background in elite sports, working with neurodivergence such as ADHD and autism and working with common men's issues such as difficulty navigating romantic relationships, burnout and work pressure.
My approach with men
By placing the therapeutic relationship at the centre of the process and in a creative capacity. I pay close attention to the body. I find this particularly useful with men, as often it is difficult to know or really experience how it is we are feeling, or a sense of shame around how we are feeling, and language often isn't enough. Therapy is a space we enter together — a real, human relationship in which moments of connection, misunderstanding, anger, frustration, or repair are parts of the work itself. I believe change happens through being with one another honestly and attentively.
How we get started
Our first meeting serves as an opportunity to provide clarity and establish a therapeutic contract. It is also a space to establish what I offer in more detail. To see if we can work together, and whether I could be the right therapist for you. I offer a 15-minute free online call, email to enquire.
