What I help with
About me
Every journey begins with a single step. As a man, I understand what it can feel like to be lost, uncertain, and unsure whether the path you're on is the right one. My own journey led me to a deeper understanding of myself and inspired me to train as a counsellor. I believe that meaningful change begins with being heard and understood, which is why I support other men as they navigate life's challenges. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to the individual, providing a safe space to explore what matters most and find a path that feels meaningful and authentic.
My approach with men
As an experienced male therapist, I offer a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space for men and adolescent boys (13–24). I understand that everyone’s experiences are different, so I tailor therapy to your individual needs using an integrative approach. I work with anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, relationship difficulties, sexuality, gender identity and compulsive behaviours. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed or looking for change, I’ll work alongside you with empathy and understanding to help you build confidence, clarity and a more fulfilling life.
How we get started
Starting counselling can feel daunting, especially when talking about difficult thoughts or experiences. Our first session is simply a chance to get to know each other, explore what’s brought you here, and discuss your goals. There’s no pressure, and I’ll support you every step of the way.
