What I help with
About me
If you’re finding things hard to carry on your own — whether that’s stress, low mood, anxiety, or feeling stuck — therapy can offer a space to talk openly and make sense of what’s going on. I have alot of experience supporting men who are struggling with things that can feel difficult to talk about: sex, porn, risky online behaviour and relationships.
My approach with men
Many of us were raised to cope alone, to handle things silently or to use sex, porn, work, humour, alcohol or isolation as a way of managing what’s going on inside. Therapy with me is about doing things differently. It's about finding room to breathe, it’s about understanding yourself more clearly. And sometimes, it’s about breaking the silence and speaking out loud the parts of your story you’ve kept hidden away. I offer a supportive space, direct and down to earth and without jargon.
How we get started
The first step is to book a free 20-minute Zoom call. It’s an informal chat to say hello and see whether working together feels like a good fit. Sessions are online or over the phone and last 50 minutes. You can be at home, in your car on a lunch break, or anywhere private where you feel comfortable
