About me
After many years in the social care and substance misuse fields, I was inspired to train as a therapist. I work from an integrative model of therapy, combining various theoretical approaches to explore how your past experiences influence the way you view and engage with the world today. My approach is rooted in humour, integrity, curiosity, and honesty. My primary aim is to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and alleviate any emotional distress you may be experiencing. While beginning therapy can feel daunting, the transformative potential it holds is profound.
My approach with men

How we get started
I believe that the key to successful therapy is a strong therapeutic relationship built on compatibility. To ensure that we are a good match, I offer a free introductory phone call. This allows us to connect and get to know each other a bit before deciding whether to move forward with therapy.
