What I help with

About me

Ready to heal from emotional pain, connect with your true self and thrive on YOUR terms? I'm ready to help you. I'm trained to master's level in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy at a founder-college of the UKCP, and while I work with both sexes, most of my clients to date have been men. Together, we've worked through a vast range of issues, challenges and experiences, with each client journey bringing its own set of insights and rewards. Qualifications: Level 7 Certificate in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy (NCHP) - Distinction BA, Modern Languages (Brasenose College, Oxford) - Class 1

My approach with men

Every therapy journey is different. When we start work together, I tend to do a lot of listening so I can understand your needs and experiences in detail, and so we can both agree on a tailored approach. My first, most crucial job is to create the safe, confidential, judgement-free space you need for exploration and insight. Whether the words come easily or not at first, plenty can happen in just a couple of sessions. After that our work can go in all kinds of directions depending on what you'd like to achieve, drawing on a wide range of therapeutic modalities and moving at your pace.

How we get started

Feel free to contact me by phone or email to arrange a free 20-minute chat about how I can help. Once you're happy we're a good fit, we can then arrange a full session in person or online. You can also go straight for a full one-hour session if you prefer - whatever works for you.
