What I help with
About me
I’m Jamie, a BACP registered therapist. I provide a non judgmental and confidential space where we can work together to explore your experiences, challenges and identity as a man. Whatever has brought you here, I will listen and respond with empathy and respect for your individuality. My approach is integrative, open ended and relational with no minimum time commitment and no limitation on number of sessions. You can read more on my website or get in touch to book a session or arrange a free introductory call.
My approach with men
I have experience of working with men at various life stages and offer a calm and supportive therapeutic relationship. When thinking about what has brought you to therapy, you may be experiencing difficulties in relationships, dynamics with family or friends, or challenges at work or in your studies. You might be searching for purpose or dealing with traumatic events, loss, or bereavement. Perhaps you can’t name what it is that brings you here, but feel that your life is not where you’d like it to be. I will meet you with acceptance and interest in your unique experience.
How we get started
You can contact me to book a session in person or online. I also offer a free initial call (10-15 minutes) to discuss how we might work together. I offer some concessionary rates for students, people on low income, benefits, or unemployment.
