What I help with
About me
Are you performing your life rather than living it – not sure why, and not wanting to keep feeling this 'lost' or 'broken'? Maybe things look ok on the outside, but inside you feel stuck, disconnected or unsure who you really are. I'm an existential psychotherapist, coach and neuroscience PhD dedicated to helping men who are quietly questioning their identity, relationships, career or life direction and want to go deeper and make sense of what's happening under the surface. Therapy with me is a chance to pause, reflect and reconnect with what matters – without pressure, judgment or jargon.
My approach with men
I see anxiety and uncertainty as signals that something important needs attention. We'll consider what's happening, why, and what needs to change by exploring your values, choices and relationships, and how they align with who you want to be. My approach isn't about diagnosing or fixing you – it's about helping you make sense of your experiences, clarify what feels missing, and take practical steps toward living with more integrity and self-respect. I bring depth and challenge alongside care and respect to help you move from coping to choosing a future that feels more honest and fulfilling.
How we get started
You don't need all the words for what's wrong. Book a free 20-minute consultation via my website and we'll talk about what's going on, how I work, and whether this feels like a good fit. No pressure or obligation to continue – just a chance to explore whether this kind of work could help.
