What I help with

About me

I offer therapy to men who are seeking to change in their lives. I work with men in a warm, direct, and conversational way. I’m interested in what sits beneath anger, anxiety, shame, relationship difficulties, or the experience of feeling stuck. My focus is helping men come to a better understanding of themselves. You do not have to perform, minimise what you feel, or pretend everything is fine. Therapy can be a space to explore patterns, make sense of difficult experiences, and find healthier ways of relating to yourself and to others. I bring my lived experience of recovery and mens work.

My approach with men

My approach with men: Help men identify the messaging and beliefs they hold about themselves Break cycles of silent suffering, emotional isolation, and the legacy of relational trauma and patriarchy Guide men toward authentic connection, self-compassion, and healthier relationships Explore vulnerability, reconnection, and strength; both individually and within a wider relational context Foster courage, intimacy, and lasting change Empower men to step fully into their authenticity and relationships
