What I help with
About me
I am a Transpersonal Integrative Psychotherapist working with men around relationships, intimacy, identity, neurodiversity, boarding school experiences and life transitions. Alongside individual therapy, I facilitate Twickenham Men’s Circle and work with men’s groups and communities. My approach is relational and systemic, drawing on mind, body and soul, and I am currently undertaking specialist training in psychosexual and relationship therapy.
My approach with men
Men often come to me wanting somewhere they can speak openly without being judged, fixed or told how they should be. Our work might explore relationships, fatherhood, masculinity, shame, anger, intimacy, sex, neurodiversity, boarding school experiences or simply feeling stuck. Alongside psychotherapy, I facilitate men’s circles and work within the wider men’s community, so my approach is informed by what I hear from men both individually and collectively.
How we get started
We’ll start with a short introductory phone or video call to talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’re looking for and whether we might work well together. If we decide to continue, we’ll arrange an initial block of sessions and review our work regularly.
