What I help with
About me
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Connecticut and New York with a master’s from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College. I’ve worked with children, teens, adults, and families, including in school-based settings, and I bring a grounded, relational approach to every session. I believe people carry the tools for their own healing and sometimes just need a steady, honest space to find them.
My approach with men
A lot of men come in after years of holding it together on their own, for their partners, their kids, and their work. I keep sessions direct and down to earth. I’ll be honest with you, give you a reality check when you need one, and help you understand what’s actually driving the stress, the anger, or the distance in your relationships. As a husband and father myself, I know how much men carry, and I think you deserve a space where you can finally set some of it down.
How we get started
Getting started is simple. Reach out and we’ll set up a brief phone call to talk about what’s going on and whether we’re a good fit. No pressure and no need to have it all figured out. From there, we’ll schedule a first session, in person, or online anywhere in Connecticut or New York.
