This US Privacy Notice explains how Men’s Therapy Hub (“MTH,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses and shares personal information of residents of the United States. If you are in the UK or EU, please see our UK/EU notice.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to run our platform and connect people with therapists:

Therapist details: name, contact information, qualifications, profile content you provide.

Account data: name, email and login information if you create an account.

Usage data: IP address, device and browser information, and pages viewed.

Contact data: information you send us in emails or forms.
We do not collect or store the content of messages between clients and therapists. Messages sent via the platform are delivered to the therapist you choose.

Disclosures
We share information with service providers who host our website, provide analytics and security, and support our emails and helpdesk. We require them to use the information only to provide their services to us.
“Sale” or “Sharing” and targeted advertising
We do not sell personal information. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If this changes, we will update this notice and provide required opt-outs, including a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and understand basic usage. You can control cookies in your browser. If we ever use cookies for targeted advertising, we will provide an opt-out and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals from supported browsers.

How to exercise your rights
Submit a request at support@menstherapyhub.com with the subject “Privacy Request” and tell us which right you want to exercise. We will verify your identity (for example by confirming control of your email) and respond within the time required by law. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying “Appeal” to our decision. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General.
You may also use a browser-based opt-out signal such as Global Privacy Control (GPC); we will treat qualifying signals as an opt-out where required.
Sensitive information
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information. If a therapist includes sensitive details in their own profile, that is disclosed at their direction. We do not use sensitive information for targeted advertising.
Children’s privacy
Our platform is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law.
Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we hold. Access is limited to authorised personnel and service providers.
International data transfers (EU/UK to US)
If we receive personal information from the EU or UK, we rely on approved transfer mechanisms, such as the EU-US/UK-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable.
