What I help with

About me

Hi I’m Anthony I have wanted to help others my whole life and now I’m in a position to do so. I am easy to talk to and very passionate and caring I’ve been told I’m a safe pair of hands which has stayed with me throughout my journey. I’m non-judgmental with and very laid back I have dealt with many issues and able to manage anything that comes my way. I have dealt with -trauma, sexual abuse, domestic abuse childhood trauma, sexual identity, behavioural issues, complex needs and mental health issues. Currently working in elite football as player care manager of Swansea FC academy

My approach with men

My core training at the Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute grounded me in a Humanistic Integrative approach, which now forms the foundation of my therapeutic identity. Person-centred values—such as empathy, congruence, and unconditional positive regard—remain central to my work, into which I also integrate contemporary theory and research to meet the diverse needs of my clients. In considering my integration, I use a common factors approach, in which I emphasise the therapeutic relationship as core.

How we get started

I started my journey at the Sherwood psychotherapy training institute in 2019 and completed my course in 2022 I started working at Imara supporting parents whose children were sexually abused and currently worked for an organisation that supports survivors of sexual abuse
