What I help with
About me
I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in men's mental health, fatherhood, parenting, couples therapy, and relationship concerns. I serve as an Attending Psychologist at Montefiore Medical Center, Assistant Professor at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and Associate Program Director of Montefiore's HERO Dads program. I also serve as a co-founder and Executive Board member of AOJP. For over a decade, I have helped fathers, couples, and families from diverse cultural backgrounds build stronger relationships and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and connection.
My approach with men
Many men have spent years carrying stress, responsibility, and difficult emotions on their own. My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented, creating a space where you can speak openly without judgment. Together, we'll better understand the patterns shaping your relationships, emotions, and sense of self while building practical tools for lasting change. Whether you're navigating fatherhood, marriage, work, or life transitions, therapy can help you lead with greater confidence, connection, and purpose.
How we get started
Seeking therapy is a sign of courage. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or seeking greater purpose, confidence, or stronger relationships, I'm here to help. I offer in-person and telehealth appointments, with a complimentary 15-minute consultation to see if we're a good fit.
