What I help with

About me

Evening and Weekend hours available. You've probably spent a long time trying to handle things on your own. Most men do. If you're feeling stuck and ready for something to change, I work with men ages 16 and up who want to live with greater purpose, clarity, and intention. Lasting change doesn't come from trying harder. It comes from understanding the patterns that have been shaping your life and learning a different way forward.

My approach with men

My perspective has been shaped by healthcare leadership, business ownership, marriage, fatherhood and leading men's groups. My clinical training focused on addiction treatment and recovery. My approach is practical, direct, and flexible. Whether you're looking for a place to slow down and better understand yourself or want honest feedback, practical tools, and accountability, we'll identify the patterns that are keeping you stuck and build an approach that fits your goals, your life, and the man you want to become. More info on my website.

How we get started

The first step is simply reaching out. We'll schedule a time to meet, talk through what's going on, and decide together whether we're a good fit to work together. Phone, Email or Contact page on my website.
